Don’t feel overwhelmed about getting your house looking great to ensure you can get the best possible price for your house sale. My name is Lisa Davies and Final Touch is at your service. Unlike some of the other home staging companies out there I’m here to make it easy for you. With over 10 years staging experience I want to make the sale process as simple as I can with maximum effect. If you only need parts of your home styled I’m happy to do partial home staging and work with what you already have. I’m not precious - I’m just a North Shore girl who loves real estate and helping you get the best price you can for your home.
And if you’re really not sure about what you need, then just give me a call. I can promise you an honest opinion and a competitive quote. The other thing I pride myself on is that the houses I style don’t look like every other staged home out there. I create a bespoke design for every home and often purchase new pieces for each project. As you may have guessed I love life and I bring a bit of that into each home with real plants and other personal touches. I also provide a refreshing service to make sure your property keeps looking great throughout your campaign.

Total home staging
Make sure your home or investment property has the WOW factor when people come in the door by dressing your house to make the most of it’s design and space. All rooms, including your outdoor spaces are included. Pricing is based on size and the length of your campaign. One of our specialties is making the most of smaller homes and showing how liveable they can be.
partial home staging
We’re happy to work with what you already have to help dress your home for sale. Give me a call and we can chat through your requirements and work out what rooms need staging and what is already good to go and what needs a bit of rearranging to ensure your property is looking it’s best.
show home staging
We can provide full home staging for property developers to ensure show homes look their best and to help you sell your development. We have attractive long-term rates available and also can provide a refreshing service to ensure your show home continues to look it’s best.

Even if you’re not living in your property while it’s on the market, things can still get moved around. And if you are living in your home (especially with kids) then things will definetely not stay show home perfect. I can offer a refreshing service to come in and keep your home sale perfect throughout the sales process.
